MLS Information Sheets
These forms are PDF's used to input all the information required for entering your listings into
the MLS. Click on the form, fill it out, print out the completed form, sign/initial and date, and
return the form by e-mail to info@myhoustonmls.com. If you have any questions as to what a particular
field means either contact us, or leave it blank, and we will try to fill it in to the best of our
ability. If we're unable to fill in the blank, we will contact you directly.

Listing Agreement
We will send you a pre-filled listing agreement once you return the MLS information sheet from aboe
so that you don't have to fill in the same information twice. However, for your convenience, we've
posted the listing forms below so you know what to expect. These are standard forms promulgated by
the Texas Association of Realtors, and are only for use by members of TAR. Note that all of these
forms are included as part of your listing agreement.
Exclusive Right to Sell - This form is the basic listing agreement for the sale of your property
which allows us to put your property on the MLS. Your property cannot be placed on the MLS before
this document is received, signed, initialed, and dated by the owner(s) of the property.
Condo Addendum -This form is for condo owners only, and must be attached to the documents included in the Exclusive Right to Sell forms above.
Exclusive Right to Lease - This form is the basic listing agreement for the lease of your property which allows us to put your property on the MLS. Your property cannot be placed on the MLS before this document is received, signed, initialed, and dated by the owner(s) of the property.
