Patrick Foley has been a licensed real estate agent since January 2006, though his formal real estate experience stretches back to 2003 when he worked at a Coldwell Banker office in Hempstead, Texas.  In May 2006 Patrick started with the commercial real estate firm of Buls Hodge Consulting in Austin, Texas.  During his tenure at Buls Hodge Consulting, Patrick worked on sales and leasing of office, retail, and industrial spaces.  In June 2010 he received his broker's license from the Texas Real Estate Commission, license number 0566802. 

Patrick holds a Bachelors of Business Administration in Finance from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas in Austin, Texas.
